Kathy Elliott

Kathy Sue Payne Elliott 60, of Indianapolis, died May 19, 2015. Kathy was born on December 5, 1954 in Indianapolis to the late Rodney Payne and Alice (Johnson) Payne Bruce. Kathy attended Washington HS and later worked for many years for various child care centers, most recently with Leaps and Bounds Child Care. When she wasn't working she enjoyed spending time with her family and fishing with her husband Dwight. A devoted wife and mother, she spent many years caring for her daughter Shelly Collins until her passing. In addition to her parents and daughter, she was preceded in death by a brother Bobby Payne. She is survived by her husband Dwight Elliott, son Mike (Tina) Collins, brothers Ronnie Payne, Larry Payne, sisters Linda Ham, Debbie Hinton, Sheree Seat and Nancy Ratliff. Visitation will be held Friday 4-8pm at Flanner and Buchanan- Floral Park, 425 N. Holt Rd. with funeral services Saturday at 11am in the funeral center.
