Karen Sue Hylton

Karen Sue Hylton, 68, of Westfield, IN, passed away Wednesday, May 10, 2023, after a brief illness. She was born July 31, 1954, in York, PA to the late Willie J. and Marian L. (Shaffer) Hylton.

Following her mother’s passing in 2007, Karen moved to Indiana to live closer to her sister. She had resided in Maple Park Village in Westfield, IN since 2009. She is survived by her sister, Vickie (husband, Tom) Edwards; nephews Gregory Edwards and Sean Edwards; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. The family would like to thank all of the staff at Maple Park Village who worked with Karen over the years for taking such good care of her and making it feel like home for her.

Private family services will be held in York, PA where she will be laid to rest with her parents at a later date.
