Karen S. Hill Mitchell

Karen S. Mitchell, 65 of Camby passed away December 28, 2010. She was born September 28, 1945 in Indianapolis, IN to Clifton and Dora Hill. Karen was a member of the St. John’s Church of Christ, The Cultivating Garden Club and the Hostas Society. She is survived by her husband Richard Mitchell, her son and his wife Andrew and Robin Mitchell, her daughter Elizabeth Mitchell, 7 grandchildren Cody, Andy Jr., Brittanni, Kelli, Holli, Hayli and Nick, and a sister Sidey Hawkins. Karen was preceded in death by her parents and 3 brothers; Clifton Jr., Gene, and Bill Hill. Visitation will be Thursday from 4-8 PM in Flanner and Buchanan Funeral Center – Floral Park. A funeral service will be at 10 AM on Friday at the funeral center. Memorial Contributions may be made to her church or the Cultivating Garden Club.
