Kaitlyn Louise Triplett, 30, left this world too soon on February 7th, 2026. She was born on October 13th, 1995, in Noblesville, Indiana to parents Frank "Tom" and Carole Krol.
Kaitlyn grew up in Indianapolis and attended Heritage Christian before heading to Cincinnati Ohio to continue her education at Xavier University, earning her bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and Business Management.
On March 11, 2023, Kaitlyn married the love of her life Marcus “Drew” Triplett. Less than a year later on February 27, 2024, she gave birth to their wonderful twin daughters Ellie and Maya Triplett.
Kaitlyn worked at First Resource, starting as an intern in high school, working her way up to becoming the Managing Director of the association ARPM. She also volunteered her time as a board member at Indy Hygiene Hub.
Kaitlyn was a loving, vibrant woman that adored her family and close friends. Her twin girls and fur baby Lincoln were the center of her world. Kaitlyn enjoyed traveling, taking vacations to warm, sunny destinations. She took joy in collecting her comfort items like warm blankets and tumbler cups.
She is survived by her husband Marcus “Drew” Triplett; her daughters Maya and Ellie Triplett; her parents Tom and Carole Krol, her sister Alyssa Krol, her grandparents Lynne and Lindsey Hahn, and her uncle Kenneth Hahn.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents Frank and Olive Krol, and her Godmother Shelley Hunt.
Visitation for Kaitlyn will be Saturday February 14th, from 11-2pm at Christ The Savior Lutheran Church (10500 E 126th St, Fishers, IN 46038). Her funeral will begin at 2pm.
