Justin Paul Burton, born on November 30, 1995, in Santa Ana, California, passed away unexpectedly on December 1, 2025. He was known for his unwavering dedication, passion, and generosity, qualities that left a profound impact on all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Justin's journey in life was marked by ceaseless pursuit of excellence. Throughout his career, he consistently sought ways to enhance his skills and further his career, achieving numerous certifications along the way. Notably, he earned accolades such as Employee of the Month and Manager of the Quarter during his tenure at The Conrad in Indianapolis, where he aspired to achieve the title of Employee of the Year. His remarkable work ethic and commitment to excellence were evident in everything he undertook.
His academic achievements were equally impressive. Justin starred as a dedicated athlete, qualifying for the IHSAA state championships in swimming and receiving the Swimming Spirit Award during his senior year at Noblesville High School. His achievements began early, marked by his earning the Team Spirit Award as part of the Varsity Swim Team, where he also earned the rank of Eagle Scout, receiving a Congressional Nomination for the United States Naval Academy. Justin graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Economics from Kelley School of Business at IUPUI, actively participating in various college activities including the Undergraduate Student Government, the Elections Committee, TKE Fraternity, Chess Club, Capitol Investment Club, and the Jaguar Swim Club.
Beyond his impressive resume, Justin was deeply loved and admired by those closest to him. He was incredibly generous, always willing to lend a hand without hesitation. He cherished the moments spent in the company of family and friends, valuing the connections he built throughout his life. Many remembered Justin as loyal, dedicated, determined, joyous, passionate, selfless, and friendly—a true supporter to his teammates and a good brother. Friends and former teammates shared heartfelt words that painted a picture of a man who gave his all to every aspect of life, embodying the spirit of hard work and camaraderie.
In addition to his work and studies, Justin was an avid collector of watches and had a love for travel. He deeply enjoyed attending concerts and festivals, immersing himself in music, which brought him considerable joy.
He is survived by his loving mothers, Susan Burton and Vera Sipple, his brothers, Jonathan Montgomery and Jacob Burton, and his sisters, Sarah Hanje and Shannon Burton, along with his niece, Amelia Chapman.
Justin’s legacy will live on in the hearts of those who loved him and in the many lives he touched through his passion, kindness, and determination. His memory will be honored on December 12, 2025, with a visitation starting at 11:00 AM and a funeral service beginning at 1:00 PM at Flanner Buchanan- Oaklawn Memorial Gardens, located in Indianapolis, IN.
