June R. Anderson Mullenix, 57, Indianapolis, died August 27.
She was a surgical nurse 20 years for St. Francis Hospital, Beech Grove, retiring in 1994.
A graduate of the School of Nursing at IUPUI, she was a member of the alumni association.
