Julieanne Kozlovich

Julieanne "Julie" E. Kozlovich, 24, Fishers, passed away June 10, 2015. She was born April 11, 1991, in Fort Hood, Texas, the daughter of Jeff and Denise (Bassier) Kozlovich. Julie was a 2009 graduate of Fishers High School. She enjoyed traveling and spending time with her friends. She is survived by her parents, Jeff and Denise Kozlovich; brother, Jeffrey Kozlovich; grandparents, Eugene and Carol Kozlovich; niece, Chiara Jane Kozlovich; aunts and uncles, Eugene "John" Kozlovich, Diana Stickl, Janet Hamilton, Ron Bassier, Jim (Peggy) Bassier; and longtime companion, Lorenzo Diaz. She was preceded in passing by grandparents, Lucien and Betty Lou Bassier. Services will be 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 16, 2015, at Flanner and Buchanan – Oaklawn Memorial Gardens (Conner Suite), 9700 Allisonville Road. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Monday, June 15, at the funeral center. Memorial contributions may be directed to the American Lung Association.
