Julie Krumwied-Ayers

Julie Anne Krumwied-Ayres of Zionsville, IN passed away, unexpectedly, on November 30, 2014. Julie was born in Phoenix, Arizona on February 23rd to Richard and Joyce Krumweid. Julie was a graduate of Zionsville Community High School's Class of 1984 and Ball State University Class of 1988. She was a member of Kappa Alpha Theta Sorority. Julie enjoyed a career as a professional singer and worked for SmarTravel, Village Station of Zionsville, and American Legion. Julie is survived by her loving children Garrett Charles (25) and Kara Elaine Ayres (20) both of Zionsville. Her best friend and father to her children Gordon Ray Ayres (49). Her brothers and their wives Robert and Rebecca Krumwied of Crown Pointe, and Scott and Nancy Krumwied of Indianapolis. Her wonderful nephews and niece, Jeremy, Zachary, Nicholas, Adam, Andrew, and Erika Krumwied. All of her amazing friends whom she called family, and her vivacious cat Zoey. (aka wove wove) Julie was preceded in Death by her parents Richard and Joyce Krumwied Visitation will be held at Flanner and Buchanan-Zionsville, 105 W. Pine Street, Zionsville, IN 46077, on Thursday December 4th from 3-7PM with a funeral service immediately following at 7PM. Memorial Contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society in memory of her parents.
