She was Born July 14th 1943 In Mooresville, IN. She was the widow of Edward Eugene Cummins.
She was the daughter of Ivan D. Hobbs and Virginia F. Hobbs, her stepfather was John Sturm.

She attended Decatur High School and then Apostolic Bible Institute in St. Paul, MN. She worked at Blocks Department Store and Hooks Drug Store. Later she was a homemaker caring for her children and grandchildren. She was a devoted wife and mother who put God before all else.
Judy Loved spending time with her family and was known for her fun loving spirit that she shared with all who knew her.

She is survived by her son Eddie, his wife Kristi and their two children Whitney and Eddie of Noblesville, IN. Her Daughter Amy, her husband Scott of Indianapolis, IN. Her sisters Karen Sturm and Debbie Sturm.
