80 of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away on March 1, 2025. Judith was born on March 24, 1944, in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Ralph and Elsie Barnhart. She was a 1962 graduate of Whiteland High School. She was a member of Free Sprit Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by sisters Shirley Grieser and Dolly Duke and her parents. She is survived by her husband Donald R. Benson, children Robin Abbett, David Jeffries and Karole (Tim) Dant, stepchildren Berdina Spears, Donald Keith Benson and Phillip Ray Benson, sisters Charlotte Hubbard and Janet Sedam, nine grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Visitation will be Thursday, March 13, 2025, from 4 pm to 8 pm at Flanner Buchanan-Floral Park. Funeral service will be Friday, March 14, 2025, at 10 am at Flanner Buchanan-Floral Park. Entombment will follow at Floral Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Free Sprit Baptist Church or donor’s favorite charity.
