Judith A. Thomas

Judith A. Thomas, 81 of Indianapolis, passed away on June 28, 2017.

She was born on October 21, 1935 in Indianapolis to the late Joseph and Virginia Ball, and attended Howe High School. She enjoyed working as a nurse in the private practice of her late husband, Andrew C. Thomas, M.D.. She was a lifelong member at Irvington Methodist Church, an avid fisherman, talented artist, and wonderful cook who was known for pulling together delicious meals out of thin air.

She leaves behind her children, Andrew A. Thomas (Maureen), Joseph E. Thomas, and David C. Thomas (Suzie); 9 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Marjorie Hall, of Columbus, GA. She was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew C. Thomas, M.D.; daughter, Kathyrn L. Keedle; and her parents.

A funeral service will take place at 2:00pm on Monday, July 3, 2017 with visitation from 12:00-2:00pm at Flanner and Buchanan- Washington Park East.
