Judith A. Cline 76, Indianapolis, Indiana passed away Wednesday, December 17, 20104. Judith was born May 28, 1938 in Indianapolis, the daughter of Bert and Mary (Mallory) Parlett. She was a homemaker and loved to grow and compete in African-Violet contests. Survivors: daughter, Demita Rackley; 2 sons, Robert Norman Cline and Tony Cline; 3 grandchildren, Kristi Oberting, Kenny Rackley, Jr. and Kody Rackley; great-granddaughter, Paisley Rackley; 2 brothers, Jim Parlett and Danny Parlett; sister, Vicki Wills. She was preceded in death by her husband, James R. Cline November 19, 2013. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Saturday, December 20, 2014 at Flanner and Buchanan – Decatur 5463 Kentucky Ave. Indianapolis, with funeral services following at 1:00 p.m. with Rev.
