Juanita Donness (White) Cunningham

Juanita Donness Cunningham, 94, passed away on Saturday December 6, 2025. She was born April 8, 1931, to Ernest and Emma (Kassing) White in Indianapolis, Indiana.

She was a proud graduate of Arsenal Technical High School Class of 1949.

Donness married the love of her life, Robert Cunningham in 1951 and they were married 55 years until his death in 2007.

Donness loved her family and the Lord Jesus. She was a lifetime member of Garfield Park United Church of Christ. She enjoyed taking care of her family, cooking and baking.

She is survived by her children: Kathy (Todd) Chapman, Laura Cunningham, Amy (Brian) Kavalar; her grandchildren: Jennifer (Paul) Harris, Sarah (Hayden DeFord) Kavalar, Max Kavalar; her great grandchild: Nicholas Harris.

There is no service planned for Donness. Memorial gifts may be made to the Arsenal Technical High School Alumni Association.
