Juanita Viola Stephens
Born Dec. 31, 1931 in Eubank, KY to Mattie Parker Baugh and Roy Logan Baugh. She married Kenneth Stephens and had two children, Carolyn Stephens Reeves (Kip) and K. Edward Stephens (deceased). She was blessed with 3 grandchildren: Brian (Shannon), Kip Jr. (Julie), and Kristina (Craig); and 5 beautiful great-grandchildren: Addison, Kip III, Karsen, Trace and Blake.
Her soul flew home to Glory on Jul. 1, 2016 after a long illness with Pulmonary
