Joyce R. Pettigrew Watson 53, of Indianapolis, passed away March 25, 2013. She is survived by her three loving children, parents, siblings, and grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends. Visitation will be Saturday, March 30, 2013 from 11 a.m. - 12 p.m. at Flanner and Buchanan-Washington Park North , 2706 Kessler Blvd West Drive.
