Joy J. Barlow 84, of Speedway, passed away, Wednesday, June 15, 2011. She had been a beautician for thirty five years. She is survived by her son Thomas Barlow, grandson Scott Barlow, granddaughters: Brianna and Britney Barlow and several nieces and nephews. A long time friend Phyllis Webb. Visitation will be Friday, June 17, 2011 from 10 am till 11 am. Services will be private. Burial will follow at West Ridge Park Cemetery.
