Joshua Lee Casnave II

Joshua Lee Casnave II, 18, of Westfield passed away Sunday, November 5, 2023.  He was born August 11, 2005, in Niles, Michigan the oldest child of Joshua and Echo (Bailey) Casnave. 

Joshua used his drive and ambition to graduate early from Westfield High School in 2023.  He shared a passion and appreciation for a wide array of music.  Whether it was creating music alongside his father or listening to Frank Sinatra with his mom, he loved it all.  He was a devoted big brother to his four siblings, who looked up to their “JJ”.  He was blessed with a large family and great set of friends that he made so many memories with.  Joshua was hard-working and recently joined The Justus Companies where he worked in their construction division learning different trades. He enjoyed gaming and adding to his ever growing collection of size 14 shoes.  He was an old soul, who could truly see the love and good in those around him.  He will be deeply and forever missed.

He is survived by his loving parents, Joshua and Echo Casnave; siblings, Micah, Samuel, Lily, and Zeke; great grandmother, Betty Renbarger; grandparents, Mary Rogers, Brenda Kay, and Marlin Bailey; aunts and uncles, Shelethia Casnave, Allen Casnave, Noah Zanders, Alex Zanders, Nick Bailey, Deidre Hicks, Amber Ford, Austin Medlin, Kaygen Spagnola; and a host of cousins and extended family.  He was preceded in passing by his great grandfather, Bill Renbarger.

Funeral Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, November 12, 2023, at Flanner Buchanan – Hamilton Memorial Park (Prairie Waters), 4180 Westfield Road.  Visitation will follow the services until 4:00 p.m.
