Josephine Elizabeth Weaks

Josephine Elizabeth Weaks passed away on June 23, 2021. She was born on April 23, 1944 to Josephine Wesson Jordan and James Jordan in Indianapolis, Indiana. Josephine was a faithful member of Open Door Baptist Church for 44 years.

Josephine is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, David William Weaks, sons, David Michael Weaks, Jason William Weaks, and Jamie Eric Weaks, brother, William McQuarry, and daughter-in-law, Faith Weaks. She is also survived by grandchildren, Jamie Eric Weaks, Jr., Marcella McIntyre, Jason William Weaks, Jr., Taylor Weaks, and Katie McIntosh, and great-grandchildren, Ania Weaks, Arie Weaks, Amor Weaks, and Trend Weaks.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, July 1 at Open Door Baptist Church, 5360 West 16^th Street, Speedway. Visitation will be held from 10 AM to 12 noon with services immediately to follow.
