Josephine A Mcbride

Josephine A. McBride age 78 of Lawrence, passed away June 12, 2011. She was born August 30, 1932 in Brooklyn, IN. She was the daughter of Harry and Lela Throckmorton. She worked as a secretary at Lawrence Baptist Church and Fort Benjamin Harrison until her retirement. She was a member of Lawrence Baptist Church. Josephine is survived by her children, Rhea (Resa), Pamela (Van) Thompson, Bruce (Lisa), grandchildren Christina, Darrell, Sean, Brienne, Jordan, Justin, Amanda, Kathryn, Tanner, Cheyenne and Nathaniel and also 9 great grandchildren, and brother Dr. Bruce Throckmorton. Visitation will be Wednesday, June 15, 2011 at Flanner Buchanan Funeral Center-Washington Park East from 11 am till the time of the service at 1 pm.
