He is survived by his daughter, Erica; sons, Kolton and Jacob; parents, Brad and Debbie (Petty) Oliver; brother, Chris; a host of grandkids, nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Joe bloomed wild with his rock star heart and rebel vibes.
