Joseph E. Hall

Joseph E. Hall 72, of Greenwood, IN, passed away Thursday, April 18, 2013 at Community South Hospital. He was born February 16, 1941 in Indianapolis son of Howard Joseph and Roy Bell (Harris) Hall. He worked in construction and retired from Community Health Network where he worked in Environmental Services. He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister, Mary Catherine Hall and a brother, John Phillip Hall. Joe was an avid hunter and fisherman, and he enjoyed bowling and participated in semi-professional bowling tournaments. Prior to his illness, Joe and Elaine enjoyed traveling and visiting Tennessee. He is survived by his loving wife Elaine (Vandenbroeck) Hall of Greenwood; sons, James Robert Hall (Rachel) of Greenwood and John Daniel Hall (Casie) of Bourbonnais, IL; 6 grandchildren, Taylor, Madison, Jarod, Jakob, Jonas and Kennedy; many nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services will be held 7:00 PM, Monday, April 22, 2013 at Flanner and Buchanan Memorial Park, 9350 E. Washington St., Indianapolis, IN 46229. Visitation will be 3:00 PM until 7:00 PM on Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery Memorial gifts may be made to: Community Hospital Foundation, 1500 N.
