Joseph David Carpenter

Joseph D. Carpenter, 62, Brownsburg, Indiana passed away March 24, 2015. Joe was born October 19, 1952 in Indianapolis, Indiana, the son of Lowell and Lula Marie (Hanrahan) Carpenter. Joe was an Optical Technician at G K Optical in Greenwood, Indiana and enjoyed fishing, basketball and playing pool. Survivors: wife, Darlene (Jones) Carpenter; children, Danny, Mark, Keith and John Carpenter and Christa Carpenter Fritzgerald; siblings, Molly, Rosie and Ellen Carpenter; 12 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Lula Marie Carpenter. Visitation: 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Saturday, March 28, 2015 at Flanner and Buchanan – Decatur 5463 Kentucky Ave. Indianapolis.
