Joseph Douglas Kochell passed away on February 27, 2022. He was born on June 4, 1934, in Lafayette, Indiana. He married the love of his life, Donna L. Neel, on October 21, 1993.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond H. and Clara Maude Kochell. Survivors include his wife of 28 years, Donna L. Neel-Kochell, children Kelly, Howard, Steve (Nancy), Gail (Bob), and Doug (Anne), stepsons Greg (Sandy), Jeff, and Kevin (Andrea), one brother, six sisters, nine grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
