John W. Rider

John W. Rider 74, passed away Monday, August 3, 2015. He was born in Indianapolis, IN on January 27, 1941. John graduated from Wood High School. He retired from National City Bank in 2003 and was previously employed by Bank One of Indiana. John was an avid chess player and loved his many cats. His favorite hobby was working on his extensive collection of model trains. He was preceded in death by his loving mother, Ida Mae (Renten) Ramon, and his uncles, Michael Renten and Paul Renten. John is survived by his devoted friend, Diane Woolsey, step-brothers, Ronald (Nancy) Harris and Kenneth Harris / Karen Detriech, nephews, Matthew (Amy) Harris and Spencer (Andreea) Harris, aunt, Clara Renten and cousins, Michelle Moore, Tracey Renten, Dwight Renten, Joel (Erin) Renten and Anthony Renten.
