John W. Mickey

John W. Mickey Jr. 73, Indianapolis, passed away June 29, 2012. John was employed with Carmel Engineering, retiring in 2005. He was a member of the American Legion and a member and Deacon of the Glendale Seventh Day Adventist Church in Indianapolis. John is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Dee Mickey; sons, Kevin J. (wife, Karmen) Mickey and Scott W. Mickey; grandchildren, Jessica Kaye Mickey and Jeremiah Lee Mickey; father, John W. Mickey Sr.; siblings, James Robert Mickey, Lynn Brown and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Alma C. (Ennis) Mickey and sister, Patricia Lefevers. Services for John will be held at 7 p.m. on Thursday, July 5, 2012 at Flanner and Buchanan-Washington Park East, with visitation from 4 p.m. until the time of the service on Thursday.
