John W. Cook

John W. Cook, Jr. 97 years old, of Indianapolis, IN passed away on May 11, 2015. John was known for his generous and giving spirit to all who knew him. John retired after many years of service from BCH as a Manufacturing Sales Representative. He was a member of Ancient Land Mark #319, Scottish Rite, and Murat Shrine for over 50 years. John is survived by his loving sons, Barry R. Cook, Stephen W. Cook (Rita), Phillip A. Cook (Jeanne); daughter, Chris E. Faucett (Bill); 8 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild. He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Esther Cook; father and mother, John, Sr. and Mable Cook; daughter-in-law, Sue Cook. Family and Friends may call from 4:00pm-8:00pm Friday, May 15, 2015 with Masonic Service at 7:30pm in Flanner and Buchanan-Washington Park East 10722 E. Washington St. Indianapolis.
