John 'Tom' Thomas Kepler

John "Tom" Thomas Kepler, 77, Avon passed away April 12, 2013 at his home. He was born February 1, 1936 in Richmond, IN the son of Mary (Conklin) and John Kepler. Tom was a 1954 graduate of Ben Davis High School. He retired from Ikelite U/W Systems. Tom was a member of Indianapolis Masonic Lodge # 669, Lynhurst Lodge 723, Lynhurst OES, Murat Shrine, Hillybillie Club, and Dramatic Cast. He was also a member of The Church by the Side of the Road. Tom was an avid outdoorsman. Tom is survived by his wife of 57 ½ years, Ruth Ann Kepler; sons, Thomas (Diana) Kepler, Bruce (Pam) Kepler, and Jeff (Linda) Kepler; 6 granddaughters and 8 great grandchildren Services will be 10:30 A.M. Monday, April 15, 2013 at Flanner and Buchanan-Floral Park, 425 N. Holt Rd. Visitation will be 4:00 until 8:00 P.M. Sunday, April 14, 2013, with a 6:30 P.M. OES service and 7:00 P.M. Masonic service at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be directed to Murat Shrine Transportation Fund or The Church by the Side of the Road. John Almond
