John S. Moore

John S. Moore, Jr., 85 of Carmel, passed away August 29, 2011 at his home. John was born September 2, 1925 in LaGrange, IN to the late John S. and Ida Sesline Moore. John was an Army Air Corp Veteran of WWII and was a 1951 graduate of Purdue University. He was a sales manager in the feed industry. He worked for Central Soya and International Multifoods for 40 years, retiring in 1991. Memorial service will be at 4:00 pm Thursday, September 1in Flanner and Buchanan Funeral Center-Carmel, where friends and family are invited to gather one hour prior to the service. John was the widower of Dolores Fry Moore. He is survived by his children, Vickie Lynn (husband, Walter) Beebe and Mark (wife, Cindy) Moore; 6 grandchildren; one great grandchild; sister, Tiggie Malone.
