John Phillip Klesmith 66 of Indianapolis died September 24, 2014. John was born on October 12, 1947 in Stevens Point, WI to Felix Phillip and Anne Marie (Meier) Klesmith. John graduated from Pacelli High School in 1965 and the University of Wisconsin in 1969. John began his professional career working for the U.S. Railroad Retirement Board then Klesmith Stone Company, AAA Motor Company and most recently he worked in IT and quality assurance for General Motors in Detroit then for the On-Star Division. He also gave of his time talents and treasure to Salvation Army and a friend to Bill W. Calling is scheduled for Monday September 29, 2014 at Flanner and Buchanan-Speedway 2950 North High School Road from 4 to 8. Additional calling will be on Tuesday September 30, 2014 at St Michael the Archangel Catholic Church 3354 West 30th St from 9 to 10 followed by the Funeral Mass at 10 am. John is survived by his wife Donna Sue (Davis) Klesmith who he married on March 11, 2000 and his children Dr. Rebecca, Brian and Elizabeth Klesmith and his sibling Leone Zdroik, Mairi (Steven) Douglas, Michael (Daniela) Klesmith and Judie (Thomas) Slowinski and his godson Patrick Klesmith and several nieces and nephews and half of the County of Portage, WI. Burial will be in St Mary's Cemetery October 04, 2014 at 11:30 am (CST) in Menasha, WI.
