John Michael Eiteljorge

John Michael Eiteljorge passed away on December 12, 2019 at the age of 76. Michael, as he was commonly known, was born in Greencastle, IN on January 22, 1943 to parents, John F. and June M. (Coffey) Eiteljorge. He worked during his career in marketing with Hartford, CNA, Freemont and retired from DFAS, where he worked in accounting. Michael served his country honorably in the US Navy during the Vietnam War. He was a member of the American Legion Post 500, the NRA and the IRL. He also enjoyed Cardinals baseball and Pacers basketball.

Michael was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 48 years, Denise T. Eiteljorge; children: Tracy L. Eiteljorge, Jay M. Eiteljorge (Kristen) and Andrew R. Eiteljorge (Jennifer); grandchildren: Casey L. Eiteljorge, Jeffrey M. Eiteljorge, Christopher T. Eiteljorge and Olivia E. Eiteljorge; siblings: Julie Eiteljorge, Daniel Eiteljorge and David Eiteljorge.

In addition to his parents, Michael was preceded in death by one brother, Tim Eiteljorge.
