John Maurice Ciano

John Maurice Ciano, 66, Carmel, passed away December 21, 2015. He was born June 17, 1949, in the Bronx, NY, the son of John Arthur and Anna (Caggiano) Ciano. He married Sharon Polan on March 24, 1973.

John retired in 2004 as a Sales Manager for Kodak. He was a member of St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church. He enjoyed playing golf and tennis, spending time at the beach, but his enjoyment was being with his family who lovingly referred to him as Pappa. John’s favorite phrase and words he lived each day by were “Life is Good”.

He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Sharon Ciano; two sons, Jeremy (Casey) Ciano and John (Julie) Ciano; six grandchildren, Alex, Bella, Scarlet, Leo, Ava, and Aidan; father, John Arthur Ciano; and sister, Debbie (Gary) Ogilby. He was preceded in passing by his mother.
