JOHN L. CLANCY, 86, Indianapolis, died March 19.
He had been the business manager for Indianapolis Archdiocesan Schools. Previously, he was deputy commander for the U.S. Army Finance Center at Ft. Benjamin Harrison, retiring as a colonel in 1971.
