John J. K. Skaggs 70, of Indianapolis, passed away on November 17, 2011. He was retired from Washington Park North Cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Paula Brooks Skaggs; children, Debra and Robbin Clark, Tyrone, Terry and Todd Skaggs and Rodney Brooks. Visitation will take place on Wednesday, November 23, 2011 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Washington Park North Funeral Center with funeral services at 1 p.m. Interment will be at Washington Park North Cemetery.
