John A. Elkins

John Arthur Elkins, II, 57, of Indianapolis, passed away September 21, 2012. He was born May 12, 1955 to John Arthur and Violet Mabel Elkins, who preceded him in death. Survivors include his twin brother, Arthur John Elkins II, sister, Linda S. Elkins, and his two feline companions, Taz and Pepper. He worked at CSX Railroad as a maintenance of way employee. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 26, 2012 at 7:00 PM with visitation from 4-7 PM at Flanner and Buchanan – Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington Street.
