Joeda Marzell Harbeson 87, of Bloomington, Indiana passed away on January 28, 2015. She was born September 1, 1927 in Sneads, Florida to Irvin and Mavene Harrell. Joeda lived in Florida, Georgia, and Indiana giving birth to eleven children, and mothered a step son. Joeda lived a long full life surrounded by the love of her large family, her love of children is evident by her large family. Jo, as she known by many, looked forward to the holidays, so she could spend time making memories with everyone to cherish. Her passions in life included, watching her grandchildren grow up, sewing, gardening, cooking, and going to the thrift stores hunting for treasures. Joeda was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Harbeson; mother and father, Irvin and Mavene Harrell; sons, David and Daniel DeBruhl; grandson, David DeBruhl II; sister, Ann; brothers, Howard, Ronald, and Jackie. Joeda is survived by her children, Dale (Teresa) DeBruhl, Dennis DeBruhl, Deborah Gonzales, Donald (Cindy) DeBruhl, Darrell (Marilyn) DeBruhl, Darlene DeBruhl, Douglas (Terri) DeBruhl, Donna (Bill) Embry, John Harbeson, Dwayne (Balissa) Harbeson; Daughter in laws, Jodi DeBruhl, Cheryl DeBruhl, and 100 plus grandchildren; Sisters, Irvinell Goodman, Linda (Larry) Welty; brother, Jimmy (Joan) Harrell. Family and Friends may call from 11:00am-12:00pm, with Mass of Christian Burial at 12:00pm Saturday, January 31, 2015 in Church of the Holy Cross 125 N. Oriental St. Indianapolis. She will be laid to rest in Memorial Park Cemetery 9350 E. Washington St. Indianapolis.
