76, beloved father, grandfather and great grandfather went to be with The Lord on Friday March 11, 2016, surrounded by his children and grandchildren. Joe was born August 13, 1939 in Tennessee to the late Curtis and Rose Mayfair (Green) Harbor. Joe worked for many years as a Metro Bus, Yellow Cab and most recently with EMS as a driver, before retirement. He was the heart of the family, who loved life and loved joking with family and friends. He will be greatly missed! In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wives Peggy Harbor and Janet Harbor. Left to cherish his memory; his children Vickie Wynn, Tim Harbor, Kimberly Harbor, Gordon Harbor, Patrick Harbor, stepchildren John McCabe, Stephen McCabe, Teresa Hoeppner, James Kesler, Sparky Kesler David, Ronald, Dale, Paul Sims, Lydia Murray, a half-brother Vernon Dinwiddie, a sister Agnes Harbor, grandchildren LaDonna, Chris, Joey, Deandria, Tykaus, Kelsey, a host of other grandchildren and great grandchildren and former wives Martha Brown, Willie Harbor. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 12noon until time of Services at 2pm at Flanner and Buchanan- Floral Park. Entombment will follow the services in Floral Park Cemetery.
