JoAnn A. Wheland of Indianapolis passed away peacefully in her sleep August 28, 2020 at the age of 76.
She was born June 14, 1944 in Youngstown, OH to the late Joseph and Helen Shumar.
She enjoyed being surrounded by her loving family, soap operas, and online shopping. But most of all she enjoyed spoiling Shyla.
She is survived by daughter Tracy J. Elliott (Brad); grandchildren William, Wesley, and Emily Elliott; and the family dog Shyla.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Joseph Shumar.
The family is holding private services.
