Joan M. Kropp, 73, of NewPalestine, IN passed away March 27, 2017. She was born September 5, 1943 in Indianapolis, IN the daughter of thelate William and Loretta (Peacock) Kropp. She was preceded in death by her parents and her son, James “Jimmy”Carpenter.
Joan is survived by herchildren, Dianne M. Carpenter-Akbari and Christopher Carpenter; grandchildren,Jamie and Max Akbari; siblings, Richard E. Kropp and his wife Murial, PatriciaA. Clayton, Louis Kropp and his wife Melissa and Michael J. Kropp and his wifeTina.
Private family servicesare planned at a later date. Flanner andBuchanan-Washington Park East entrusted with arrangements. Burial will be in Washington Park EastCemetery.
