Joan Beyer

Joan Marie Beyer, 82 of Carmel, passed away Tuesday, September 8, 2015. Joan was born in Chicago to the late Joseph and Mildred Chiappetta. Joan was a member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church, volunteered at their food pantry and was a member of the Sunshine Committee. Family and friends are invited to gather from 3:00 to 7:00 pm on Sunday, September 13 at Flanner and Buchanan-Carmel. A funeral mass will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, September 14 at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church. Joan is survived by her husband, Howie; children, Thomas H. (wife, LeeAnn) Beyer, Janet L. (husband, Cole) Peyron and Joyce M. (husband, David) Ross; grandchildren, Kristina and Matthew Beyer, Tyler and Kyle Hinkle and Madison Ross; brother, Jim (wife, Josephine) Chiappetta.
