Jimmy L. Denson

Jimmy L. Denson, 66, of Indianapolis, IN passed away November 13, 2011. He was born October 18, 1945 to John and Theresa Denson. Jimmy contributed 33 ½ years to GM Truck and Bus as an Assembler and was a member of Lodge #74 in Martinsville. Jimmy was preceded in death by his father John, daughter Tonya Denson, 3 brothers John Denson, Ronald Denson, Donald Denson and 1 sister Sarah Smith. He is survived by his wife Nina Denson, daughter Tammy Denson, son Kelvin Denson, 8 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren,3 sisters Theresa (Darrell) Mitchell, Ruth Van DeVanter, and Debie (Jim) Pepper and 2 brothers Sheridan (Vickie) Denson and Dennis Denson. Visitation will be Thursday November 17 from 4-8pm and Friday November 18 from 10-1pm with the funeral at 1PM at Flanner and Buchanan-Floral Park. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
