Jimmy Harl Reynolds of Indianapolis died on January 15, 2021 surrounded by his loving family at the age of 79.
He was born January 29, 1941 in Fresno, California to the late Jesse Harl and Mildred Elizabeth Reynolds.
Jimmy had several classes in electric auditing, HVAC and boilers systems. He worked for Melvin Simon and Associates for 32 years developing his skill set with auditing and that preceded a 20 year employment at Valquest Systems, Inc. He provided a variety of consulting services related to the operation, analysis and management of facilities when it came to energy auditing. He was a pioneer in his field. Jimmy’s most favorite thing to do was to be with his beloved wife of 50 year, RV around the country, spending time with his sons and his grandchildren. He loved to laugh.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years Kay Karmelita Reynolds; his sister Patricia Reynolds, brother-in-law John Swartz, his sons Doug Reynolds and James Reyolds, Daughter-in-law Kristy Reynolds, Melanie Reynolds and grandchildren Kaylor Reynolds, Dominic Reynolds, Morgan Reynolds, Mialena Gordeau, Zack Thomas and his great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by mother Mildred Elizabeth and his father Jessie Harl.
The family is holding a memorial service at a later date in Hot Springs, Arkansas.
