He was preceded in death by his mother, Betty Burgess and brother, Billy Hollingsworth. He is survived by his father, Jimmie Burgess and siblings, Shirley (Cegal) Ferguson, Patricia Miller, Sherry Comforti and Rodney Hollingsworth. Visitation will be Wednesday, January 15, 2025, from 11 am to 1 pm at Flanner Buchanan-Floral Park. Funeral service will be Wednesday, January 15, 2025, at 1 pm at Flanner Buchanan-Floral Park. Entombment will follow at West Ridge Park Cemetery.
