Jewel Summers

Jewel Summers 61, of Indianapolis, died September 13, 2015. Jewel was born on March 28, 1954 in Schenectady, NY to the late Robert and Betty (Mumblow) Warnow. Jewel worked in various positions but most recently a substitute teacher for Decatur Township Schools. When she wasn't working she loved spending time with her family cooking and traveling. She is survived by her husband of 21 years, Tim Summers, children Adam, Mark, Megan, Joel, Darryl, Edie, Ann, Amy, a brother Moses, grandchildren Allie, Bridget, Mark, Isaac, Zoe, Nathan, Caleb, Mackenzie, Preston, Katherine, Addailynn, Bryceson, Noah, Benjamin, Victoria, Elijah, Trevor and a great grandchild Aspen. Services will be held Thursday at 4pm at The Southwest Church of The Nazarene, with visitation one hour prior to the service. Arrangements are entrusted to Flanner and Buchanan- Floral Park.
