Jessie Rippel

Jessie Rippel was born in Washington, Indiana to Millard and Nellie Akers.  She was an owner/operator of the Golden Cherub beauty salon for many years.  After retiring, she moved to Indianapolis, Indiana where she enjoyed dancing and socializing with family and friends.  She loved thrift stores and casinos with all the pretty lights.

She is survived by her 4 children, Carol (Mike) Clarke, Linda (Gene) White, William (Joyce) Foddrill, and Darryl (Denise) Foddrill.  She had 7 grandchildren, DaVina, Dave, Stephanie, Michael, Michele, Christopher and Billy; 20 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great granddaughter.

Visitation will be 1:00-4:00pm on Sunday, October 7, 2018, and Monday October 8, 2018, 1:00-2:00pm with a funeral service immediately following at Flanner Buchanan- Washington Park East.
