Jerry Wayne ‘Jay’ Buckner, 49, passed away on October 12, 2014 after a five year battle with a failing heart. He was born July 2, 1965, and his maternal grandmother, Katie Anderson, called him her little Jay-Bird. He has been called Jay ever since.
