Jeremy Jay Stock

Jeremy Jay Stock, 44 of Martinsville, IN went to be with his Lord and Savior, September 1, 2021. He was born August 23, 1977 in Columbus, Ohio to Orval B. Stock and Shirley (Wiesenauer) Marlow. Jeremy was the Assistant Store Manager for Lowes in Bloomington, Indiana working for them for over 20+ years. He was a practical joker, taking delight in scaring various family members any chance he could, enjoyed watching his children in the various sports they participated in, watching football and basketball, enjoyed playing a round of golf when time permitted and enjoyed a campfire. He was a member of Crosspointe Baptist Church in Indianapolis, IN and previously was a member of Pleasant Heights Baptist Church, Indianapolis, IN where he served as a Deacon and sang in the Choir. He loved the Lord and went on numerous mission trips to Jamaica serving people of Montego Bay. He was loved and will be missed by all who knew him. Jeremy is survived by his wife, Mindy K. (Herzberger) Stock, his children, Benjamin, Hannah, Abagail Stock, his mother, Shirley (Bear) (Wiesenauer) Marlow, his sister, Jennifer Stock, and numerous other Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Orval B. Stock, grandparents, Harold and Arlene Wiesenauer, aunt, Linda Ballor, and uncle, Dennis Wiesenauer. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at Flanner Buchanan Decatur Township 5463 Kentucky Ave. Indianapolis, IN with the funeral service on Wednesday, September 8, 2021 11 AM at Crosspointe Baptist Church 220 Country Club Road Indianapolis, IN with visitation there from 10:00 AM until the service time. Jeremy will be laid to rest at West Newton Cemetery, West Newton, Indiana. The family request any memorial contribution to Rhyne Park Christian Church Montego Bay, Jamaica. Donations should be made payable to the Stock family and they will ensure that they will be directed to Rhyne Park. Jeremy was a very humble man with a big heart and he would have been overwhelmed by the love that has been shown by his brothers and sisters in Christ, friends, and his co-workers. His family is forever grateful and appreciative to all those that have supported them.
