Jennifer Lynn Gates Pritchett

It is with great sadness to announce the passing of Jennifer Lynn Gates Pritchett, born October 10, 1965. Jennifer, together with her husband John, raised their beautiful and talented daughter, Gabrielle Reece Pritchett.

Jennifer was a 1984 graduate of Avon High School. She was a wonderful cook and enjoyed making lavish dishes. Jennifer enjoyed traveling the world with her husband of 30 years, John Pritchett. She was a generous sister and friend. 

Jennifer's time on this earth was much too short. She is now at peace with her Lord and Savior along with her parents, William & Jacqueline Gates; brothers, Bob and Kent; and her beloved father-in-law, Charles Pritchett.

Jennifer is survived by her husband, John; daughter, Gabrielle; stepdaughter, Alexandria; mother-in-law, Karen Pritchett; brothers, Tony (Debbie), Don (Lisa) and Scott (Marty) Gates; sisters, Shelia and Suzan Gates; sister-in-law, Mary Pritchett; and life-long friend, Tina Flowers Miller.

A Celebration of Jennifer’s Life will be held on Monday, June 24, 2024, at Flanner Buchanan – Memorial Park (9350 E. Washington St., Indianapolis), where friends may gather with the family from 5:30pm until 6:30pm. Her memorial service will begin at 6:30pm, with a reception to follow at the funeral center.
