Jeffrey (Jeff) Lynn Candler, 58, passed away at home on August 1, 2021. He was born on November 23, 1962 in New Castle, IN born to his loving parents Jim and Pat Candler.  

Jeff spent many years working for the Glazers Union Local 1165. He thrived in the Glazing Industry, installing commercial glass and panels. Jeff loved his family and spending time with them. He enjoyed any BBQ and spending time outside. It was rare to see Jeff without a smile on his face. He never met a stranger. If he knew you, you were a good friend.  He thoroughly enjoyed life, and loved to just have fun!

Predeceased by his son, James Joseph (JJ). Survivors include parents: Jim and Pat Candler, siblings: Allen (Michele), Kim, Karen, and Tracy, nieces and nephews: Kristal (Brian), Ashley (Jeff), Heather (Adam), Carmen (Marty), Sarah (Greg), and Steven, and great nieces and nephews: Annabelle, Lilly, Anthony, Z’Qari, Teagan, Aydan, Leighton, Juneau, Alex, and Eliza, and the first love of his life and mother of his son, Brenda.

A visitation will be held on Friday, August 6, 2021 from 12PM-2PM with a service at 2PM all at Flanner Buchanan-Washington Park East, 10722 E Washington Street. Jeff will be laid to rest in Washington Park East Cemetery.
