Jeffrey Lyn Campbell

Jeffrey Lyn Campbell, 66, passed away surrounded by the love of his family on October 25, 2025. Jeff was born on January 1, 1959, to Russell Campbell and Wanda Barker.

Jeff made a living in auto parts sales, but he was known as being a man who loved his family above all else. Known for his sharp wit and sense of humor, he could make anyone laugh and always kept things lively. Jeff had a knack for believing he was always right – and somehow, he usually was, at least in his own mind. He found joy in fishing and never missed the thrill of a good race, no matter the type. His laughter, love, and stubborn charm will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

Jeff is survived by his children Bettyjo (Chet) Ramsey, Wendy (Tim) Harvey, Jaylen Sutton; grandchildren Ariana, Haley, Cayden, Ava; and great-grandchildren Amyiah, Liam, Oakleigh, and Azariah.

He is preceded in death by his parents Russell Campbell and Wanda Barker; his loving wife Judith Ann Campbell; and siblings Judi, Gregg, and Todd.

Visitation for Jeff will take place on Thursday, October 30, 2025, from 1:00-4:00pm at Flanner Buchanan Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington Street, Indianapolis, IN 46229. A funeral service to celebrate Jeff’s life will follow at 4:00pm.
