Jean Schwettman

Jean Ross Gilchrist Schwettman 88, Indianapolis, went home to be with the Lord on September 12, 2015. She worked as a registered nurse at Community East Hospital. Jean enjoyed reading, cooking, gardening, and traveling. She was a member of the Junior League of Indianapolis and Trinity Episcopal Church. She spent time supporting United Cerebral Palsy of Indiana as a member of the board. Survivors include her husband, Roy Schwettman, brother, Bob Ross, son, Greg Gilchrist (Monika), son, Jeff Gilchrist, daughter, Nancy Gilchrist, son, Paul Gilchrist (Susan), stepdaughters, Barbara Tipton, Kate (Mark) Sorensen, both of Flagstaff, AZ, grandchildren, Nathan and Travis Gilchrist, Ashley, Ross, and Kyle Gilchrist, Stepgrandchildren Ryan, Clare, Colieen, Nora, Aidan Tipton and Miles Sorensen and great-grandchildren Alexia , Preston , Jackson and Allisa Gilchrist.
